Great location near the Rhine and old town, easy walking distance. Lovely shops and restaurants nearby. Family room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, clean. Walkable to city center. Nice Christmas market nearby. Good food at reasonable price. Helpful staff, even found a vet for our injured dog. Convenient luggage storage. Delicious breakfast, clean toilets. Hotel showing age but well-equipped. Easy to return after German beers.

The staff is friendly and provides efficient service. the breakfast is tasty and comprehensive, offering a variety of well-cooked dishes.
The hallway on the fifth floor had a strong smell of smoking, which was quite distasteful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right at the crossroads of two busy streets, it was easy to access all the attractions in the area. We also loved that it was nicely situated by the river, providing a beautiful view. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows were superb - I have no idea where they buy them! The amenities provided, such as the in-room safe and free Wi-Fi, were also great. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. this place offers great value for money and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The view from my room was splendid, with both the Köln Cathedral and the river Rhine in sight. The breakfast options were excellent, and the coffee machine was a standout. The reception team was friendly and efficient, ensuring that I had a quiet room with an amazing view. The hotel's location near the Rhine river and close to the city center and motorway exits was very convenient. The parking facility was also useful for motorists.
